Frequently asked questions

How do I book?

Please contact us by LINE, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk or phone. You can see what our sessions look like on Instagram.

When do cancellation fees apply?

From 17:00 two days before your booking (25% of the total). From midnight to 17:00 the day before it is 50%, and from 17:00 the day before or on the day it is 100%. See "9. Cancellations" in the Terms of Service for details.

Do I pay a cancellation fee if my flight is cancelled?

No, if you send us an image of the cancellation email or certificate from the airline. Without proof, the regular cancellation policy applies.

Do I pay a cancellation fee if my tour is cancelled?

If a tour other than those of our partner shops Sunfish and Mayagusuku Tour is cancelled, we're sorry, but the regular cancellation policy applies.

What does joining a snorkeling tour with a non-partner shop involve?

While you swim, we look after your child on the beach or in the car (babysitting fee only). If you'd like the sitter to go into the water, the sitter's tour fee is added (babysitting fee + tour fee). Safety in the water is the guide's responsibility. If your child doesn't want to go out snorkeling, they can wait on the beach with the sitter so you can enjoy snorkeling with peace of mind. Please note that once out at sea, the sitter and child cannot return to the beach on their own.

If we go to the sea on our own (not a tour), can you swim with our child?

In shallow water only. Please have your child wear a float ring or life jacket.

What should we prepare for the day?

Indoors: Maternal and Child Health Handbook (or vaccination record), health insurance card, change of clothes, drinks, towel or gauze Tours / outdoors: rash guard, hat, sunscreen, drinks, towel If needed: milk, snacks, light meals, diapers, wipes, float ring

Can you look after a child with a cold?

To prevent infection and for safety, we cannot accept children who: ・have a fever of 37.5°C or higher ・are vomiting or have diarrhea ・have been diagnosed with an infectious disease (influenza, COVID-19, etc.)

What kind of food should we prepare?

Only a microwave and electric kettle can be used. Please prepare food that just needs heating or can be eaten as is — rice balls, bread, soup, fruit, etc. We can also support eating out.

Can you babysit at our hotel?

Yes. However, some hotels do not allow outside babysitters or may charge an extra fee.

Can you do housework or walk our pet?

We put children's safety and care first, so we don't provide anything other than childcare.

What about the sitter's meals and breaks?

There are no breaks during babysitting. The sitter brings their own meal and eats when appropriate, keeping an eye on your child. If the sitter's meal needs to be ordered while eating out, we kindly ask you to cover it.

Can you bring toys?

Of course. We choose and bring toys to suit your child's age, the location and their favorite kinds of play.

Can you come with us to a salon and look after our child?

If the salon allows it, we look after your child in a safe space (hair salons, weddings, etc.).

Can you look after children with developmental or other disabilities?

We hold a meeting beforehand and, after talking with you, accept the booking if we judge that we can care for your child safely. For children without a diagnosis (gray zone), please tell us in as much detail as possible about any traits or needs in advance.
