Babysitting at your hotel or accommodation

We look after your child in your hotel room or holiday rental while you go out for a meal, sightseeing or an anniversary dinner, following your child's age and daily rhythm.

• For 3 hours or more, the rate of ¥3,500/hour applies to the whole booking.

Wedding support

A sitter joins you on your special day — wedding photos, ceremony or reception. Watching over your child during the shoot, holding, playing, meals, outfit changes: we follow your schedule and your child's mood.

While you enjoy snorkeling, Maboroshi Island, the mangroves or the sea, the sitter looks after your child.

Maboroshi Island & snorkeling

We can join the Maboroshi Island landing & snorkeling tour of our partner shop Sunfish. Babies from 0 years old can board. While mom and dad snorkel, your child waits on the boat with the sitter — and you can all land on Maboroshi Island together.

• Please book the tour shop and the sitter separately.
• We check in advance whether your child can board and any safety points.
• If bad weather or your child's health makes it difficult to join, we may switch to babysitting at your hotel after talking with you.
• If our partner shop cancels the tour, the babysitting fee is fully refunded.

Parasailing support

"We're finally in Ishigaki — we want to fly over the sea together!" A short plan for exactly that. While you parasail, the sitter watches your child on the boat.

• Requires the permission of the tour operator and captain.
• Any boat fee for the sitter is paid separately by the customer.
• The price may be discussed depending on the actual time and details.

Babysitting on other islands

We also babysit on Taketomi, Kohama, Iriomote and other islands — at your accommodation, or while you sightsee or join activities.

Taketomi Island (2-hour minimum)

• 1 child · 3 hours¥14,000
• 2 children · 3 hours¥20,000

Kohama & Iriomote Islands (3-hour minimum)

• 1 child · 4 hours¥16,000
• 2 children · 4 hours¥24,000

Travel fee (per visit)

• Ferry fares and other travel costs are paid separately by the customer.
• We will let you know if support is possible based on ferry times and travel time.
• If an overnight stay is needed, accommodation costs are paid by the customer.
• Early morning, night and late-night fees may apply.
• Support may not be possible due to weather or ferry cancellations.
• Please feel free to ask about other islands.

Joining a Mayagusuku Tour on Iriomote

Guests of our partner shop Mayagusuku Tour receive special benefits. We can join the tour, or look after your child at your accommodation or outdoors while you take part.

• ¥1,000 off the babysitting fee
• No sitter cancellation fee if the tour is cancelled

• The regular island babysitting fee, travel fee and transport costs apply; the discount is taken off the babysitting fee.

Early morning & night fees

For bookings during the following hours, these fees are added to the base price.

• Fees are added for the hours that fall within each time band.
• From 22:00 to 6:00 the sitter stays awake and watches over your child, charged at the late-night rate. If you would like overnight care, please ask us.

If you need more time

If you need the sitter for longer than planned on the day, please let us know as early as possible. Time beyond your booking is charged as follows.

• Charged in 15-minute units.
• Depending on other bookings that day, we may not be able to extend.
• If you already know you may need longer, please tell us when you book.

Other fees

Travel costs

For regular babysitting, travel costs are based on the distance to your location.

• For 10 km or more, ¥50 is added per km.

Free-travel areas for visitors

Maezato, Yashimacho, Misakicho, Okawa, Ishigaki, Shineicho, Hamasakicho, Arakawa

• Applies to hotel babysitting, wedding support and activity support for visitors.
• For other areas, travel costs are included in your quote.
• Trips to other islands require the island travel fee plus ferry fares.

Payment

Cash or bank transfer

• We will explain payment when you book.
• Cancellation fees are paid by bank transfer.
• If you have already paid, we refund the amount minus the bank transfer fee.

Cancellation policy

• Before 17:00 two days before: free
• From 17:00 two days before: 25% of the total
• From midnight to 17:00 the day before: 50% of the total
• From 17:00 the day before, or on the day: 100% of the total
